Next week I am going to volunteer at the YMCA at Grove City. I think it is going to be so much fun. I am going to be working with students, they go to the YMCA after school. The students can play games, exercise or play an organized game. I think that if it is fun and organized, I might try to volunteer every week. Next week I am going to Wedensday and Friday.

That sounds like fun!! I volunteer for the special olympics and I love it!! I'm sure they care to see us there helping on our own time and it doesn't matter if we get paid or not. To me, if I am helping someone and make a difference then I don't care if I get paid or not. It just matters that they are happy. Good Luck and Have FUN!! Im sure you will!
Volunteering to work with kids is a good idea for future phys ed teachers. The experience will look appealing to people who interview for jobs. The more experience with children, the better it is for future employment. Besides, the YMCA is a fun and family oriented center when activities are enjoyable. The YMCA close to where I live is one of the most popular areas to meet and play basketball or just hang out.
