Today in fitness education we did the post test. I was kind of surprised to see my scores go up. I have been sick for about 2 weeks, but I still managed to do better. I think that it is good to do the pre and post tests for the fitness. This allows the student to see if they improved any and may give them a goal.

I agree, I think it is good to do a pre and post test. It always the student to see what area's they improved the most. And it allows them to set goals to finish by the post test. I will deff use the fitness tests when I teach.
